Stella New Rochelle Is Fully Leased After 15 Months

The 28-story, mixed-use residential tower has 380 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — One of the newer apartment buildings in New Rochelle passed a major milestone after a little more than a year.

Stella, located at 10 Le Count Place in New Rochelle is fully leased 15 months after it opened its doors.

The 28-story, mixed-use residential tower has 380 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. There is also a roof-top outdoor pool, a chef demonstration kitchen and a rooftop bar lounge.

Residents can take advantage of the concierge service, a 3,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working spaces, children’s playroom, game room with pool table, indoor parking and bike storage. There is also a pet spa with an outdoor play area.

The first Joe Coffee café in Westchester is located in Stella’s lobby.

The apartment building is less than 10 minutes from the Metro-North train station and has breaktaking views of Long Island Sound and Manhattan.

Stella is a development of WBP Development LLC and LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners.

Geographically, about a third of the residents are from New Rochelle and nearby communities of Mamaroneck, Rye, Pelham and Larchmont. More than half of the residents are from New York City, who were seeking NYC-quality apartments and amenities but at a more affordable price.
