United Hebrew Golf Outing Swings $210K for Seniors

Over 200 attend annual golf outing supporting care for senior care.

More than 200 friends, donors, community and business leaders attended United Hebrew’s 38th Annual Golf Tournament on September 9 at Brae Burn Country Club. Featuring an elite 18-hole golf tournament, the event also included a barbecue lunch, festive cocktail hour and awards reception. The hugely successful event raised $210,000 for enriching care of senior residents of United Hebrew’s campus in New Rochelle.

The golf outing is a signature fundraiser for United Hebrew, which provides comprehensive healthcare services for some of the region’s most vulnerable residents including assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and affordable senior apartments. Donations from the event make a significant impact on the lives of the residents and families served by United Hebrew.

"The success of our golf outing is a testament to the generosity of our community," said Rita Mabli, President & CEO of United Hebrew. "These funds will directly enhance the lives of our residents, providing them with enriching activities, therapies, and programs that make every day a little brighter."
