• Bank Robbed In North Babylon, Marking 2nd Incident On LI This Week: Police (patch.com) — A bank on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon was robbed Wednesday afternoon when a man passed a note demanding cash and fled before officers arrived. Police released a description of the suspect and are asking anyone with information to contact the Major Case Unit or submit anonymous Crime Stoppers tips, with a possible reward for help leading to an arrest.
