Cutchogue Underage Drinking Party Busted
Southold Town Police charge 19-year-old party host with a violation of the county's social host law after catching several teens drinking at his Bridge Lane residence Friday night.

Erick Secaida, 19, of Cutchogue was charged with violating the Suffolk County Social Host Law for unlawful consumption of alcohol by minors and for underage possession of alcohol on Friday at 11:26 p.m., after officers on patrol observed numerous youths carrying several cases of beer toward a Bridge Lane home, police said.
After investigating the party, police discovered several underaged youths drinking large quantities of beer throughout the home, police said. Officers identified resident Secaida as the host of the party and also found several types of liquor and a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia at the house.
Police assisted Secaida in dispersing the youths from the premises.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were charged with the above offenses. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
