Dog That Was Stabbed, Had Muzzle Zip-Tied, Looking For Home On LI
The German Shepherd is heading to the North Fork from Georgia, where he was reportedly stabbed and had his muzzle zip tied, rescuers say.

NORTH FORK, NY — Update: The League is no longer accepting applications due to the many that have been received.
A dog that was reportedly stabbed and that had his muzzle zip-tied shut is on his way to the North Fork to find a forever, loving home.
Gabrielle Stroup, director of operations at the The League, which has locations in Peconic and Aquebogue, said Bronco is a Gerrman Shepherd, 3 to 4 years old. He is being transported from Georgia on Friday.

"I was told he is super sweet and loves other animals," she said.
Applications are being accepted; to apply, click here, Stroup said. "We will pick the best fit for him," she said.
