The Southold Economic Development Committee have organized a forum for Thursday at Peconic Lane Community Center to get "cutting-edge information and resources" out to local businesses, according to an announcement on the Town of Southold's website. It begins at 6 p.m.

The implications of the Affordable Care Act and alternatives for affordable health care for employees, the use of social media for marketing, developing a family succession plan, and resources to promote entrepreneurship are among the topics slated for discussion.
