March 14: Get Ready for Your Close-Up, Help Locals With Relatives in Japan

Monday means your chance to sharpen your skills in film auditioning and help those who have connections to friends and relatives in Japan following last week's earthquake.

Rick Takemoto, Vice President of in Jamesport, let North Fork Patch know this weekend that he and his Japanese chef have decided to create a bento (a Japanese traditional cuisine box) with dishes from the Japanese chef's home town and donate 20 percent of the proceeds to the Japanese government.
