PHOTO: New Jersey Man Pops the Question at Sannino Vineyard
Winery owner snapped this shot of an unexpected marriage proposal over the weekend.
Love was in the chilly Wine Country air this weekend.
Despite the 20-degree temperature outdoors, New Jersey resident Derek Khoudja proposed to his girlfriend, Tara, amongst the vines of in Peconic this past Saturday afternoon. Vineyard co-owner Lisa Sannino, who helped the couple plan their North Fork weekend, captured this shot of the romantic surprise.
"This was one of many [proposals] that have taken place at our Tuscan-style B&B suite in the vineyard," she said.
