Richard Gardini, owner of J. Shields Wine & Spirits on Route 25 in Mattituck, is dressed as one of Santa's elves and is greeting people with some hot cider, egg nog and on Thursday at the shop until about 6:30 p.m. So get that last-minute holiday bottle and have a toast with an elf!
