Police: Anglers Rescued After Raft Deflates in LI Sound
Southold Town bay constables rescue three fisherman who were stranded on a rock in Long Island Sound on Sunday.

Three Islip men who found themselves stranded on a rock in the middle of Long Island Sound were rescued by Southold Town bay constables on Sunday at 7:38 p.m. after the raft they were fishing in began to deflate, reported.
Byron Cabrera, 30, Angelo Cabrera, 48, and Danny Cabrera, 30, were taken by Southold Town Police boat into the Mattituck Inlet and returned to their vehicle. All three subjects refused medical treatment.
