Police: Macari Vineyards Owner Charged With Second-Degree Harassment After Slapping Employee
Southold Town Police reported an incident of harassment on Saturday at Macari Vineyards.

Joseph Macari, a 55-year-old Cutchogue resident and owner of in Cutchogue, was charged with second-degree harassment Saturday at 11:28 a.m., after a 31-year-old vineyard employee made a civilian arrest and reported to officers that Macari slapped and punched him in the head several times, causing serious annoyance and alarm, police said.
