Police Report: DWI, Larceny
Southold Town Police report one incident of driving while intoxicated in Mattituck and one of larceny in Greenport.

Jeffrey Bailey, 31, of Riverhead was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday at 5:57 p.m. after police responded to a call of an erratic driver on Route 48 in Mattituck. After investigation, Bailey was found to be intoxicated, police said.
A 40-year-old Greenport woman reported to police on Sunday at 5:37 p.m. that someone stole $1,100 worth of jewelry from her home on Route 25 in Greenport sometime between March 1 and this past Sunday, police said. The woman said that she was missing a high school ring, a 14-carot gold bracelet and an 18-carot Byzantine necklace from a jewelry box, and that she had more expensive items in the same box that were untouched. Police said that no forced entry to the home occurred, and the incident remains under investigation.
