Police: Southold Man Charged With DWI, Unlicensed Driving

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Brian Flinn, 22, of Southold, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nov. 16 at 1:32 a.m. after police stopped him for crossing over the double yellow centerline of the roadway into the eastbound lane on Route 25 in Southold, police said. Flinn failed roadside sobriety tests and was arrested. He was also charged with driving without a license, police said.
