Question: How Are Those New Year's Resolutions Coming Along?

The first month of 2012 is ticking away — still hitting the gym?

It's Jan. 25, a Wednesday, a workday for most of us. The weather's not the best, not the worst today. And now that you've been diligently avoiding all things cheese, butter and mayo and hitting the gym like you're on that "Insanity" workout infomercial (only 5 months left to go for that perfectly chiseled bod!) — you might consider slacking off today on the New Year's resolutions.
