Video: Underwater at Greenport Starbucks

Surf was certainly up this past Thursday afternoon at a place not likely to attract too many surfer-types: The Greenport Starbucks coffee shop on Front Street.

Those on foot who were lucky enough to escape theat around 2:40 p.m. still left with soaked feet as the through the shop's new front doors.

On Friday, shift supervisor Kristen Harrington said that the store had only minimal water damage to some ceiling tiles and they were open for business at 6 a.m. as usual.
