Weekend Spotlight: Honky Tonk Night for Gift of Life Foundation Benefit
Enjoy the music of popular local bands while helping people with life-threatening illnesses pay their medical bills this coming Saturday at Shelter Island fundraiser.

Looking for some great live music this weekend? Help out the Gift of Life Foundation charity organization to the music of Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks and the Who Dat Loungers at a benefit concert on Shelter Island at 8 p.m. Saturday night.
The show will be held on the property of filmmaker Joe Lauro, who organizes the event. All proceeds will be donated to the Island Gift of Life Foundation.
"The Gift Of Life is an awesome local charity that literally puts money into the hands of people who have terminal and chronic health issues and cannot pay their bills," Lauro said. "Good stuff!"
