The Third Annual Family Health Fair is set for 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 23, at Finkelstein Memorial Library in Spring Valley, 24 Chestnut St., Spring Valley.
The goal of the health fair is to increase health promotion, health and wellness resources, as well as to improve health information awareness in the community.
Participating health and wellness organizations will provide health information and health presentation; distribute health and wellness resources; offer free and low cost health insurance; free health screenings and free giveaways to the people attending the Family Health Fair.
