Plus here are town-by-town rain totals from overnight.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Hazardous outlooks have been issued across the region as a storm brought close to 2 inches of precipitation to an already drenched Hudson Valley and ushered in high winds, cold temperatures and even some snow.
For Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties, there's a high wind watch until 11 p.m. Monday. Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines, the National Weather Service said. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
For Dutchess and Ulster counties, there's a flood warning until 8 p.m. Sunday and a wind advisory until midnight Monday. The Hudson River will rise back above flood stage with this afternoon`s high tide cycle with an expected crest of 4.6 feet. Snow continues in the forecast, but little to know accumulation is expected.

"Northwest winds will be gusting up to 15 to 25mph, making afternoon highs in the mid 40s … feel more like the mid 30s across parts of the valley. The chill intensifies as the night goes on Sunday night," said the folks at Hudson Valley Weather. "This will make for a bitter cold start to the work week and school on Monday morning. Temps recently have been very mild (roughly 20 degrees above average) … so this chill will feel even colder than it is."
