Hazardous Outlooks Issued For Friday-Saturday In The Hudson Valley

Final town-by-town rainfall reports are in for the Tuesday-Wednesday storm. Here are the details.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Yet another storm is following on the heels of Tuesday's drenching rain and wind storm, and the National Weather Service has issued hazardous outlooks throughout the Hudson Valley.

  • Orange, Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties: For Friday night into Saturday, strong to damaging winds as well as areas of flooding will be possible.
  • Dutchess and Ulster counties: Another system will bring snow, mixed precipitation and rainfall to the region Friday night through Saturday.

The NWS also reported final town rainfall reports, showing that communities which picked up more than an inch of rain Tuesday night picked up a lot more after midnight.
