
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The National Weather Service issued a final town-by-town report on Tuesday's snowfall at 10:39 p.m., updating its report from the afternoon.
The biggest changes were in southern Westchester; for example, White Plains ended up with 7 inches of snow (the interim report counted 5 inches).
During a 9-hour storm in which the snowfall rate sometimes exceeded an inch an hour, the region received 7-13 inches.
