Nyack Girls Lacrosse to Light it Up Blue for Autism Awareness
The Nyack girls lacrosse team will host a Light it Up Blue event at Thursday's home game against Clarkstown North.
The Nyack girls lacrosse team will add some blue to its colors for Thursday's 4:15 p.m. home game against Clarkstown North at McCalman Field.
They will be taking part in Light it Up Blue, a campaign to raise awareness of autism and money for Autism Speaks. The team is asking students and staff to wear blue that day.
Fans attending the game are also encouraged to donate $5. April is Autism Awareness month. For more information, go to www.lightitupblue.com.
