A Nyack man charged with felony drunken driving in Spring Valley has pleaded guilty in Rockland County Court in New City. District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said Jorge A. Puga, 38, of 8 S. Linden Ave., Nyack, has pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated in connection with a 3:10 a.m. incident on Oct. 15 on Route 59. Puga was found to be intoxicated by police. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 20, 2013, by Judge Charles Apotheker.

He was stopped on Route 59 in Spring Valley.
