Polls open 7 a.m. Tuesday for voters in the Nyack Public School District at Depew Manor, Hilltop, Upper Nyack and Valley Cottage Schools. Polls close at 9 p.m.
Incumbents Michael Mark and Dan Juechter are running unopposed to hold their seats on the Nyack Board of Education.
The proposed 2013-14 budget is also on the ballot. The $75.5 million budget calls for a 2.92 percent tax levy increase which is $358,565 below the state's mandated tax cap. The overall budget to budget increase is 3.9 percent.
