Nyack's Halloween Parade Draws 20,000: Photos
A big crowd gathered in the village for the annual costume contest and parade.
NYACK, NY — The 34th Annual Halloween Parade in Nyack drew about 20,000 spectators on Saturday, the Chamber of Commerce said.
The huge crowd enjoyed the fun-filled, family-friendly event, which culminated in a procession of over an hour of marching bands, festooned fire trucks, costumed marchers and fantastic floats.
Costume and Float contest winners received over $2,000 in prizes.
