Orangetown PD Searching Missing Rockland 11-Year-Old

Authorities said the Nyack resident may have traveled to White Plains or Manhattan.

NYACK, NY — Police are trying to locate an 11-year-old boy who is missing from Nyack.

The Orangetown Police Department said they are looking for Justin Chen, 11.

He was last seen around 3 a.m. Thursday by his parents.

Chen left his home in the village of Nyack and may have traveled to White Plains or Mahattan.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white Adidas sneakers. He also had a green canvas backpack.
