Police: Body Found in Hudson Could Be Linked to Missing Man
Local police, Sheriff's Department investigate the circumstances surrounding a body found in Stony Point.

A body was found in the Hudson River Monday morning off the shore of Stony Point, Rockland County authorities said.
The body of a man was spotted around 11:57 a.m. and brought to land, according to William Barbera, chief of the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
Barbera had no details concerning identity or age.

Stony Point Police said there may be a link between the discovery and a missing Eastchester man, 60-year-old Frank Forgione. Forgione was last seen Thursday, Oct. 18 at 2 a.m. after leaving a dinner in Armonk.
Nancy Forgione, Frank Forgione's wife, told Patch Monday that her husband "did not have any medical problems that [the family] knows about."

Forgione's car, a black 1992 Lexus, was found near the body.
Authorities are not sure if the man's death was an accident or foul play; police said they hope to identify the body by Monday evening.
