Nyack fire authorities are currently working to aid two hikers who lost their way in Hook Mountain State Park at about 4 p.m. Thursday. The two were hiking near Landing Road in Clarkstown, just north-east of Rockland Lake, when they phoned for help, according to officials at the Rockland County Office of Fire and Emergency Services. Authorities noted there are no injures, but said emergency workers are on-call as a precaution.
