Orange County residents charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct.

Three Orange County 19-year-olds were charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after an incident in Nyack that started at a Main Street pizza shop and ended on a downtown rooftop, according to Orangetown police.

The men, according to police, were throwing items at Turiello’s pizza on Main Street at about 12:47 a.m. on Sunday and ran away when town police officers arrived. All three ran to nearby New Street toward the rear of the Johnny Cakes restaurant and they were able to climb onto the roof of an adjacent building.

Police said the three men were arrested on the roof. They were each charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation.
