Orange and Rockland Utilities crews have completed repairs on High Avenue from this morning's tranformer problem.
Power is back on in the area.

A power transformer on a utility pole on High Avenue exploded several times this morning, knocking out power to about 300 Orange and Rockland Utilities customers.
The incident closed High Avenue from Route 9W to Polhemus Street for about and hour. The street is open again to traffic.
The problem has left a utility line dangling from overhead connections on the street.
