Public notices will run in three regional papers, and several banks plus NYCLASS were designated to manage city money throughout next year.
   

• Ogdensburg resident allegedly solicited sex from child (northcountrynow.com) — An Ogdensburg man has been charged with numerous felony counts following an investigation into alleged online sexual exploitation of a child, with the case involving both Ogdensburg and Gouverneur police. He was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and is being held in St. Lawrence County Jail without bail while the case proceeds.
