• Governor Hochul announces $32 million to improve road safety across New York (cbs6albany.com) — Oneida County is in line for part of a $3.6 million Mohawk Valley package to upgrade road safety, including guide rails, rumble strips, and better markings. The funding comes from a larger $32 million statewide effort aimed at reducing deadly lane-departure crashes and supporting local governments with safety-focused improvements.
