Ossining Police say two officers saw a couple men taking part in a crack cocaine sale in the area of Spring St. and Broad Avenue Wednesday at 8:40 p.m. Police arrested 65-year-old Peekskill resident Ronald Cheeks and 27-year-old Antoine Douglas, who lives on Hunter St. in Ossining. Cheeks and Douglas are charged with drug possession. Douglas is also charged with felony tampering with evidence.
