Often bicyclists complain of dangerous drivers, but in this case, a pedestrian called Croton police on a speeding bicyclist.
The caller on August 26 around 5:30 p.m. on Elliot Way told police that a biker was going recklessly at a high rate of speed down the road, not yielding to and almost hitting pedestrians.
Sgt. John Nikitopoulos said this is a local man, in his mid 40s, who police are familiar with. He said police spoke with the man about the complaint.
