Croton-Harmon’s CET Invites Seniors to Broadway Kids Show
Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School fourth-graders will present a Broadway-style show involving singing, dancing, props, sets, and more.

From CHUFSD: Fourth-grade students at Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School in Croton-on-Hudson are gearing up for their annual Broadway Kids production, a Broadway-style show involving, singing, dancing, props, sets and costumes that the students took the lead in creating.
The annual show represents a culmination of the students’ performing arts knowledge and work at CET before they prepare to head off to Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School in the fall. This year, students will perform musical numbers from “School of Rock,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “Xanadu,” “Newsies,” All Shook Up” and “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.”
The school is hosting a special preview to the show, open to all local senior citizens free of charge.

This special show will be held on Thursday, May 11 at 1 p.m. in CET’s multipurpose room (8 Gerstein St. Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520). The Croton-Harmon School District will be offering complimentary transportation from the Village of Croton-on-Hudson municipal building (1 Van Wyck St. Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520) to any residents who wish to attend the show.
Parents are invited to the evening Broadway Kids show on May 11 at 7 p.m.
