Police pulled over a vehicle in Croton, described as "grossly overloaded" by Sgt. John Nikiktopoulos with 15 passengers in it.
They found the driver on July 6 after 10:30 p.m. to be unlicensed with many previous suspensions.
All the passengers, save for his wife, who waited for him, were taken to the train station to get a taxi. The man, from Astoria, Queens was issued violations and released.
