_Ossining “Invest in Communities” Rally is set for 5:30 p.m. today, when representatives of child care, health care, affordable housing, houses of worship and other community groups will gather at Market Square in Ossining to encourage “Investment in Communities.” With election day two weeks away, the rally has been organized to call the attention of all elected officials and candidates to important programs that have suffered from cutbacks in County funding. The rally is organized by the Parents Committee of the Ossining Children’s Center in collaboration with the Open Door Family Medical Center, Interfaith Council for Action, and the Ossining-Briarcliff Ministerial Association. For more information check out www.ossiningchildrenscenter.org

_Getting a passport will be easy today as outreach staff can take your photo and process your passport application when you visit the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center, 95 Broadway from 11 a.m-2 p.m.
