Fire Department Responds to Two Halloween Accidents in Croton

Luckily long before trick-or-treaters were set loose on the streets, the Croton Fire Department reported clearing the scenes of several minor Halloween crashes.

In the first, before 7 a.m. they responded to a three-car rear-end collision on Route 9 where one woman complained of leg pain.

Later in the day, around 1:40 p.m., police found an unoccupied car, “straddling a wall and a large rock” off Glengary Road. They found the driver at a temple nearby and brought him over to EMS, where he refused further help.
