Croton Sgt. John Nikitopoulos said that a disorderly persons complaint was lodged Sunday just before 9 p.m. reporting that several people were hitting golf balls in the parking lot near the Croton marina. The boaters in the nearby club were fearful that balls would hit their yachts.
Nikitopoulos reported the condition corrected.
