If you are hopping on the Bee-Line buses or Metro-North this holiday weekend we have some news for you. Bee-Line buses are set to run on a Sunday schedule for the 4th of July. If you are heading to Playland on the bus, there will be extra buses going there on routes 75, 76 and 91. For the 4th of July Metro North will operate on a Sunday schedule with extra service on the New Haven and Harlem lines. And don't forget that starting today Metro-North will only take pre-tax Transit Benefit Cards for ticket purchases through Mail&amp;Ride. That also goes for their ticket windows. The paper vouchers won't be accepted any more.
