Missing Ossining Cat

People who live in the area of Cedar and Ogden in Ossining are wondering if someone is missing a cat. The cat walks through the area every day and wails. The male, un-neutered cat is acting likes its hungry as it travels past homes in the area. 

The cat seems to be friendly and rolls around in yards, but when approached he is known to swat at people.
