Ossining police pulled over a driver for late-night speeding and charged him with aggravated DWI.
At 3:30 a.m. on September 8, Ossining police observed a car speeding on North Highland Avenue, where the speed limit is 30 mph.
Police charged the 20-year-old male driver, of State Street, Ossining, with speeding and aggravated driving while intoxicated, "as he was under 21," Lt. William Sullivan said.
