Ossining Area Daycare Benefits from Solar Panels

Last year Patch brought you the story of friends and fellow business owners banding together to help install solar panels at the For Kids Only day care center. Now, the day care center says the hard work is paying off. Day care owner Wendy Masserman says that she was told that the center's new solar panels would save her 60% annually. Now that the facility has had the panels up for a full year, they've found that they are saving 56%. 

Masserman, along with her friends and area business owners put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the installation of the large solar panel. To see the hard work that went into the project click on the story to the right.
