Ossining Cops: DWI, Angel Dust Mess
A summary of recent police activity and arrests in the village of Ossining.

Angel Dusted
A 31-year-old Ossining woman, who was found lying down in the roadway unable to get up, was both treated at the hospital and arrested.
Village of Ossining police charged the woman, a resident of Snowden Avenue, with unlawful appearance in public under the influence of a narcotic. She was believed to have taken PCP, commonly known as Angel Dust and was found in the middle of State Street around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, Lt. William Sullivan said.
Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps transported the woman to Phelps Memorial Hospital and she was charged and released with a court date.
DWI
Ossining police received a report of a man driving drunk around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 28 and soon made an arrest.
Lt. Sullivan said they found the 47-year-old Broad Street resident on State Street, allegedly intoxicated in his pick-up truck. The man refused to take a chemical breath test and was charged with DWI, arraigned and released on bail.
Car Accident, Fight
A 26-year-old Ossining woman was charged with second degree harassment after she allegedly hit a man in the face, causing minor injury to his nose.
Police said the fight was between two drivers following a minor car accident they had been involved in on Spring Street on Oct. 29 around 8 p.m.
The man did not require medical attention, and the woman was released with a court date.
