Ossining Cops: DWI Charge for Erratic Driver

Aggravated Unlicensed
A 19-year-old Ossining man was charged with aggravated unlicensed in the third on Dec. 30 after he was stopped for several traffic violations. Police said he had a few equipment issues with his car.Â
DWI
A 30-year-old Spring Street man was charged with DWI after police observed him driving erratically at St. Paul's Place on Jan. 1 at 9:40 p.m.Â
Police pulled him over, and said Lt. William Sullivan, "found him to be intoxicated." However, he refused to submit to a breathalyzer test, he said.Â
The defendant was released with a court date.Â
Bail Jumping
A 43-year-old Ossining man turned himself in on a warrant for his arrest for bail jumping on Jan. 2.Â
Lt. Sullivan he had failed to appear on previous misdemeanor narcotics possession charges.Â
