Ossining Man Accused of Beating His Uncle Due Back in Court
An Ossining man is charged with 2nd degree felony assault for allegedly beating his uncle.

A 30-year-old Ossining Man, accused of brutally beating his uncle, is due back in court tomorrow morning. On August 3, Town of New Castle Police got a 911 call from a male who said a man had been beaten during an argument at a New Castle home.
When police arrived at the Hawkes Ave. home they found a 59-year-old man semi-conscious. Police called an ambulance and had the victim taken to Westchester County Medical Center for his injuries. The 59-year-old is in stable condition.
After investigating the incident, police arrested 30-year-old Dustin Graves. Graves has been charged with 2nd degree felony assault. He was arraigned the night of the incident and then appeared in court the next day. Graves will be back in Town of New Castle Justice Court tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
Police would not say what provoked the beating or give details about the incident, as they are still conducting an investigation into the assault.
