Ossining Mike Risko Music Presents Disney’s 'The Lion King KIDS'

From Mike Risko Music School: Mike Risko Music, continuing its tradition of bringing free live musical theater to the community, will host four performances of Disney’s The Lion King KIDS, performed by young students ages 4-12 from the Mike Risko Music School. The show is an inspiring, coming-of-age tale that brings the African savannah to life with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters. Audience members can dress up like their favorite animals. Two performances will take place at Mike Risko Music, and two will take place at the Ossining Library. The show is about 45 minutes long and the cast will happily sign autographs after the show on the red carpet. Registration is now open for Mike Risko Music School’s Winter/Spring production of Annie KIDS, and rehearsals begin the week of January 30. In addition to musical theater workshops, Mike Risko Music offers private lessons on guitar, bass, drums, piano, strings, brass and woodwinds, as well as Rock Band Groups and group piano and orchestra bootcamp.
