Ossining native Dan Coundreaut's culinary skills satisfy more than 27 million people every day.

Ossining native Dan Coundreaut is McDonald's executive chef and director of culinary innovation. Coundreaut has been at the helm of McDonald's kitchen for seven years.
Coundreaut left Ossining to attend the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating top of his class, some of his career highlights have included being the executive sous chef at Chef de Cuisine and Café Pacifica in Dallas. The experience at those two restaurants helped the Ossining native make the move to McDonald's in 2004.
