On Sept. 8, Ossining police pulled over a 37-year-old Peekskill man on various traffic violations. They also found marijuana in his possession and issued him a court appearance ticket for that. A 49-year-old Spring Street resident was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court following a DWI charge from May 5.  A 41-year-old Gates Avenue woman was arrested on a bench warrant outside her home on Sept. 10 for not answering to court for numerous vehicle and traffic violations, police said.  Note: An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
