Ossining's Drug Take Back Day was a big success, according to organizers. Officials say that more than $65,000 in drugs were taken in during the effort.  The drug take back day was held at the Birdsall-Fagan Police/Court Facility. Healthsmart Pharmacy Pharmacist Tullio Bruno supervised the effort, which was coordinated by Ossining Communities That Care. Organizers say that they collected four huge boxes and a large garbage bag worth of drugs during the September 29 take back, which you can see in the attached pictures.

The Ossining community pulled together in an effort to get unused prescription drugs out of our homes.
