Friends and family will be saying a final farewell to Ossining's Kathleen Fitzgerald. Kathleen was born in Cleveland in 1937, but was a longtime Ossining resident. Kathleen passed away on September 29 at her home in Bonita Springs, Florida. She is survived by her husband Karl. Karl and Kathleen had been married for 53-years. Kathleen is also survived by her daughters Patricia Bedinger &amp; Lynne Roe, son Timothy Fitzgerald, sisters Mary Ellen Fath, Margaret Lamb &amp; Lynn Coleman, brother Patrick Keegan and 11 grandchildren. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Ossining Funeral Home, which is located at 45 South Highland Avenue. The funeral Mass is set to be held at St. Augustine Church on Friday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. The family says in lieu of flowers, you may send contributions to the Peggy Fitzgerald McCann Educational Fund at the Visiting Nurses' Association of Hudson Valley, 540 White Plains Road, Suite 300, Tarrytown, NY 10591-5132.
